Leaving it behind, I realised the only things we truly carry are memories: silk on sun-kissed skin, linen in the breeze, laughter through hidden streets. Maathi was born from this longing, to create travel companions that move with you, gather your stories, and endure. Through mindful sourcing, timeless design, and devotion to craft, we transform fleeting moments into heirlooms, garments that carry the soul of the places and memories you love.

Meaning Behind Maathi
Maathi means soil in Konkani (the language of Goa, the founder’s origin). Soil is a grounding force, tied to memories and roots, a reminder of where we come from and what sustains us.
